Enterprise 2010
The Enterprise 2010 (E210) initiative is one of the original programs of T2D. It was created to offer teens (ages 14-18) the opportunity to exercise their entrepreneurial spirit through a fun, fast, practical, hands-on learning experience that develops confidence and leadership skills.
Participants learn how to translate their interests and dreams into enterprise and independence. Working individually and in small teams, participants create and present a business plan and PowerPoint presentation, which are reviewed for funding consideration.
Participants meet successful business owners and go on field trips to get a first hand look at how they established and built their companies. The skills learned are transferable for school, business, and life, giving all participants the extra help they need in order to succeed.
